1. About Portalista
Portalista.es is an online property portal and estate agency platform. Contact: help@portalista.es.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for or using a Portalista estate agency account, you agree to these Terms of Service. You must have authority to act on behalf of the estate agency you register.
3. Account Registration
Estate agents must provide accurate registration information, maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials, and notify Portalista promptly of suspected unauthorised account access.
Accounts require email verification before activation. Portalista may refuse or suspend accounts where reasonably necessary to protect the service, prevent abuse, or comply with applicable law.
4. Estate Agency Responsibilities
Estate agents are responsible for the accuracy, legality, availability, and presentation of property information they provide or authorise Portalista to display. Agents must have appropriate rights to use property descriptions, photographs, branding, and other submitted materials.
Agents are responsible for their own professional, advertising, consumer protection, and data protection obligations.
5. Property Information and Enquiries
Property descriptions, prices, availability, and other listing details may change. Portalista does not independently guarantee the accuracy of information supplied by third parties.
Buyer enquiries may be made available through an agent's account dashboard. Email notifications are optional and subject to the agent's email preferences.
6. Optional Email Communications
Agents may choose to receive buyer enquiry notifications by email and occasional updates from the team behind Portalista. This subscription is optional and is not required to maintain an account.
Where an agent selects this option during registration, confirming the account verification email also confirms the requested subscription. Agents may withdraw their subscription through the available email preferences or by contacting Portalista.
7. Acceptable Use
Users must not submit misleading or unlawful information, interfere with the security or operation of Portalista, access another user's account without permission, or use the service to distribute spam, malicious software, or unlawful content.
8. Availability and Changes
Portalista may maintain, improve, modify, or temporarily interrupt the service. Features offered free of charge may change. Material changes affecting existing users will be communicated where appropriate.
9. Intellectual Property
Portalista's website design, software, and original content remain the property of their respective rights holders. Agents retain their rights in content they provide and grant Portalista permission to process and display that content as necessary to provide the requested services.
10. Liability
Portalista is provided with reasonable care, but uninterrupted availability and error-free operation cannot be guaranteed. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful. Any other limitations apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
11. Account Closure
Agents may request account closure by contacting help@portalista.es. Certain records may need to be retained where required by law or necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
12. Applicable Law
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory legal protections or rules that apply in the relevant jurisdiction.
