Depending on how you use Portalista, we may process your name, estate agency name, email address, account credentials in securely hashed form, account verification records, communication preferences, property enquiry information, and technical information necessary for security and operation.

We process personal information to create and manage accounts, verify email addresses, provide property portal and estate agency services, handle buyer enquiries, maintain security, prevent misuse, respond to requests, and comply with legal obligations.
4. Legal Bases for Processing
Depending on the activity, processing may be necessary to perform a contract, comply with legal obligations, or pursue legitimate interests such as protecting the platform and managing enquiries, subject to applicable legal requirements.

5. Optional Email Subscription
Estate agents may optionally request buyer enquiry notifications by email together with occasional updates from the team behind Portalista.
If selected during registration, this preference is confirmed when the agent verifies their account. Agents who do not select the option can still access buyer enquiries through their dashboard.
Agents can withdraw the optional subscription through their email preferences or by contacting help@portalista.es.
6. Buyer Enquiries
Information submitted through property enquiry forms may be processed to respond to the enquiry and make it available to the relevant estate agency. The receiving agency may have separate responsibilities for its subsequent handling of the information.
7. Sharing Information
Information may be shared with the relevant estate agency where necessary to handle an enquiry, with technical service providers supporting the platform under appropriate arrangements, or with authorities where legally required.
We do not sell personal information to advertisers.
8. International Data Transfers
Portalista serves users in Spain and is operated from the United Kingdom. Where personal information is transferred internationally, applicable data protection requirements and appropriate transfer safeguards will be considered and implemented as required.
